米虫万岁~~~  Today, I've just manage to cook myself a really decent lunch comprising of a soup (yong-tau-foo style), baked prawns, steamed tofu and cha-soba. ^^ Although it mainly comprises of easy to make instant stuff, it sure tastes good! But I'm really glad to prove to myself that even if one day I'll have to live on my own, there is no fear of having to rely on takeout for survival. ^ ~;; hurhurhurhur.... Hi guys, sorry for the prev short n drunk entry.... N una, no I did not hear the 108 bells in the city prob there weren't really that many temples in hamamatsu n the fact we were getting drunk in celebration of new year... ^ ^;;; but they really have weird stuff gg on tv to show how different regions celebrate new year, n when i say weird, it's really weird.... ie. guys naked n shaking their booties in tune to drums n did i mention they painted daruma faces on their butts??? But my trip so far in japan consisted of mainly 28/29th Dec : EAT, EAT, EAt in Shinjuku n Tsukiji. (The raw fish here is good... really good...!!!Wants to die in bliss) 30/31st Dec n 1st Jan: Drinking, bowling watching dvds n karaokeing in Hamamatsu. Amy-chan~~~ Try this series called Little Britain, it seems that u can download it off the net, it's really good....!!! ie. "I'm the only gay in the village~~*welsh accent* ROFLMAO) Spent 1/2nd Jan: At Tokyo's fren's place, n ate traditional Japanesse new year's menu. They have something like muah chee in sg but the powder taste different n it is damn good!!! Also, they kinda like bake mochi then dip it in shoyu (soy sauce) n wtap it in nori seaweed to eat. V V nice~~~~ N then there was something like the cold dish in chinese banquet dinners. Now Jan 2/3rd Jan: In Gunma prefecture where the snowfall has been like at least 2 inches thick so far, n I'm pretty much freezing my fingers off like typing here.... But hurhurhur.... preparing to go onsen hot spring tours laater~~~~ MWahahahaha.... Yes, to get away from all the bloody chilly temp... But so far the trip has been really fun ^ ^ Though I kinda did like zero sightseeing so far, it was really nice~~~ Hope that u guys have a great new year there too n enjoy! P/s: u mind if i buy stuff like convenience store snacks back for u guys... there have some really nice stuff here like oreo's strawberry pie n melon flavoured kitkat. Up for it??? Current mood:  cold.
Hi guys, just spending New year over here in Japan, just like to say hi as well tt it's really freaking cold here with snowing gg on n temp gg close to 0 degrees celcius... By the way I was drinking and getting concussed so if there's any weird spelling errors... u know.... But it's kinda real fun so just hope tt u guys have a really happy new year n may all ur dreams n resolutions come true!!! I know I'm only just slightly inebriated now... Love u guys!!! Current mood:  bouncy.
Lately have been doing lots of stuff... Firstly, Monday we went to Marina Bay to eat steamboat ^^ 'Cos now competition prob very intense, we got this really nice offer... Free transport from the MRT station to the restaurant and back later in a van/ pick-up, then free glass of chrysanthemum tea, some live prawns n a free potong icecream thrown into the deal. All this for just $10 nett!!! Not too bad right? there was black peper n chilli crab n even fried chicken wings! We just ate n ate n ate... was really stuffed that day... Bliss.... ah.... Secondly, finally founded time to format my com n thus totally erase those idiotic spyware n adware that has settled permanently on my com n now my com can be used!!! Hip hip hurray~~~~~!!! Thirdly today just went for a nice though long 5hr n 12+km walk around the entire stretch of macritchie reservoir. Honestly the whole experience wasn't bad at all... except my legs are aching like hell now.... Ouch... But founded something quite interesting there... There was a "tree-top trail" around 5 km in n the nice part is that there's actualy a suspension bridge between two hills in singapore that u can walk across for fun! Also we saw tons of squirrels, monkeys n even an alligator... or what seems to be like it's snout on the reservior surface yo~~~ Not bad at all nee? Looks nice n all too ^^ Mebbe next time when we garnered enuff energies, can try the trail leading to bukit timah nature reserve.... YESH! Life... is still full of hope~~~ The sun is shining~~(though it's midnite now) n the birds are singing~~ n the green is green as grass~~~ *coughs n grins like hell* After my Monday General Biology paper, hope again sparks for this poor gal who was so utterly shattered n mercilessly crushed by the pressure after Microbes, Man & Environment. Hurhurhur... I might just be able to pass my exams n finally graduate--- I had totally resigned myself to being retained yet another sem, n hitting myself over the head with anything I've got for the sake of escapism... But well.... at least I might not have to plonk myself to the examiner's office n raise a BIG hoo-ha to just "LEMME GRADUATE !!! ooxx!!" Tho it wel definitely be a memorable experience *blushes* but I'm sure I could definitely do without it nee... Let's all rejoice~~~ N again when I confirmed my graduation~~~ Current mood: bouncy.
just borrowed a book on numerology from my fren... After u add up ur birthdate, can check what no. person r u? kindastuff. Turned out that I was a 2+3=5 person... Lemme type this bit out: 初认识这类型的5数人，觉得他们温和而友善，个性温和，感情丰富。然而更进一步了解他 Current mood:  confused.
Just want to frustrate out my inner feelings about something really incredibly so dumb that I'm drained of any energy to be angry... I was printing out some notes the other day in school n it was like this really fat chunk, say 100+ pages... It was a pdf file so somehow there wasn't any print preview. B4 I print I selected the options 'change colour to black' thinking that it would have the same effect as print in 'black n white' like those in MS Powerpoint. Guess what came out? All the coloured pictures came out having this ridiculous "mosiac" effect (the type in manga which they used to screen out over 18 portions)!!!! Aaaaarggghhhh~~~~hh~~hhhh~~~huughh~~~woo Current mood:  blank.
I must really hand it ovr to you, Amy. Yours eyes are good, your memory, better. Okie, got confirmation that the Beauty and the Beast we watched was indeed the updated special edition that was only realeased on DVD and video in 2002/3. But there was a HUGE thing that we missed which was you know, the part where all the cutlery, crockery n furniture was singing "To be human again" was actually a new addition. 'cos in the musical it was so popular they just added it in yo! The transition n editing was really smooth to the extent that apparently all 3 of our minds were oblivious that "hey! this wasn't in the previous version i watched when i was a kid" never registered. Well, well, well but altogether it's really nice and now it fueled me a strong streak to go watch animation, lots of it nee. Anyway this info I got while watching Atlantis disney version dvd. and ai--mee--, I renewed my premium membership so now again can borrow dvds off esplanade library yo! While I was there, there was Buffy season three, Felicity series n its movie nee. so if you interested in anything like your CSI (u still craving it?) Can just go cheack ^ ^ whew long time never type so much. and I got update my LJ yo!! Current mood:  full.
